Tony Horton

I really enjoy the two DVDs from Tony Horton's One on One series, Patience Hummingbird and Fountain of Youth; both are excellent. I picked this one up for some more variety and to give it a try. It is a little dated - it came out in 2004, before P90X. It is a good workout. There is a little kempo, and a little cardio. It is 35 minutes, and I am planning on working it in
