This book follows Toys, in format and style, but has animals for each of the colors and for the puzzle. Each page also has texture to feel like fur, hide or hair. But this book is more than just a book, it is also a puzzle and flash cards to help young children grow, and as they do this book grows with them. It is a color book, and as each color is learned, the center of the page can be pulled out; one side is a flash card for the colors and the other makes a puzzle. It is a great little book and a wonderful multifunction concept.
(Note: the first book was pulled apart easily by children but once glued back together it has held well.)
