St. Anne's Kitchener Ontario - Monthly Recollection

St. Anne's Kitchener Ontario

For about 11 years now I have been attending monthly recollections at St. Anne's Kitchener. The first few years I was very consistent, then when my children were young it was hard to get out. But I think I have only missed about 1 in the last year and a half. I love the evenings apart for God. They are coordinated by the Wellspring Cultural Foundation. Each time I go, I go to confession, spend time praying and then there are two meditations lead by a priest, and a talk by a lay person. And in between the meditations and talk there is an examination of conscience. I find it helps provide balance and focus for day to day life, and highly recommend it. They are offered from Toronto through to London.

Tonight we celebrated the 60th anniversary of Opus Dei in Canada
