Pork and Three Bean Soup

Pork and Three Bean Soup

Ingredients:
1 can Black Beans
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can White Kidney Beans
1 can Stewed Tomatoes 
       (This time I used Chili Seasonings Diced Stewed Tomatoes)
3 large Sausages
      (Pictured below 3 Honey Garlic, 3 Italian)
1 can Whole Corn or 1 cup frozen niblet corn 
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Cups Beef Broth
2 Cups Chicken Broth

Directions:
Uncase the sausage and brown meat in a frying pan, add half of the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Break the sausage up into small pieces while cooking. Once completely cooked drain the liquids from the meat.

 Rinse the beans well, until liquid comes away clear. At this point in either a crock pot of stock pot combine all remaining ingredients including meat and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes or until beans are tender. Turn to low and serve.
  
(Serves 6)


Notes:
1. You can mix and max any sausages, I find that 2 lamb sausage mixed in really changes the flavour. 
2. You can mix and max any types of beans. Pinto’s or Lima really change it up.
3. If you prefer dried beans wash and cook them first.
