This list of impossible things contains all the things I ever thought I couldn’t do because it was “impossible.” The sort of things that I assumed the cool guys on TV only ever got to do. The things I never thought that I would be able to do.

  • Get weight below 200lbs
  • Handstands
  • 100 Pushups
  • Write a Book
  • LPI Level 1 Certification

  • Read the Bible Daily for 12 months
  • Pray with my children daily for 6 months
  • Daily 7 Minute Workout for 14 month
  • Write 100 Book Reviews this Year
  • Exercise 730 Days Straight
Fitness/Health Goals:
  • Single Set 10 Pull Ups
  • Muscle Up
  • Learn to Hand Stand
  • Do 100 Push Ups in Single Set
  • Do 5 Superman Pushups
  • Daily 7 Minute Workout for a month3 months, 6, 12, 14, 21 
  • Get weight back below 200lbs
Professional Goals:
  • Write a book
  • Write 50, 100, 150 Book Reviews This Year
  • Personal Trainer Certification
  • LPI Level 1 Certification
Spiritual Goals:
  • Read bible daily for a month (3 months) (6 months)
  • Pray daily with Abby, Liam and Zoey for a month3 months, 6, 12, 24 

Travel Goals:
  • Visit Ireland with Andrea
  • Visit Every Continent (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, Antarctic)
  • Walk the Camino of Saint John
  • Visit Rome
  • Visit Antarctica, especially the Ice Church
Stretch/Insane Goals:
  • Go Skydiving
  • Walk the Edge CN Tower

Habit Goals:
  • Exercise 365, 730, 1095 Days Straight 
  • Track All Food in My Fitness Pal for 30 Days (Did not help can't go back to what worked before!)
  • Daily gratitude list 3 months, 6, 12, 24,
