Core Ball Sandwich - Tony Horton One on One Volume 2 Disk 2

Tony Horton
One on One

Volume 2 Disk 2
Core Ball Sandwich
Beachbody

I will be honest. This is the only one of t
he One on Ones I am reviewing without doing the workout a few times. I usually convert pull-ups to band exercises because of an old shoulder injury, and with this one I just could not figure out how to convert them all, but here is what I came up with.

Tony's exercises are:

1. L Chin-Ups
2. Si
de Arm Crunch
3. Stability Ball Push-Up
4. Knee Up Pull-Up
5. Stability Ball Plank Crunch
6. Plyo Ball Push-Ups
7. Big Ball Crunch
8. Round House Pull-Ups
9. V-Ball Core Crunch
10. Sphinx Push-Ups (Extreme Version)
My band version is:

1. ISO Slow Motion Band Pull-Up
2. Side Arm Crunch

3. Stability Ball Push-Up
4. 1 Arm Towel Band Pull-Up
5. Stability Ball Plank Crunch
6. Plyo Ball Push-Ups
7. Big Ball Crunch
8. Corn Cub Band Pull-Ups
9. V-Ball Core Crunch
10. Sphin
x Push-Ups (Extreme Version)

It is an insane workout. The few times I have done it, it has completely wiped me out. As Tony says, this is a sandwich workout: an upper body, a pull, a core exercise and then a push with a ball. Once you've done the 10 then repeat!

One on One with Tony Horton has been on the market a little over a year, from Beachbody. It started when Tony turned 50 as a subscription service, because so many fans of his other programs were looking for more workouts with Tony. For about $20 a month you get a new workout DVD each month. You can subscribe and get them all or order the specific ones that grab your attention. These workouts are close, intimate and real. These are advanced workouts for those already in good shape looking to take it to the next level. These workouts are intended for graduates of Power90, P90X, or other Beachbody or other fitness programs.
To find out more about this series or other workouts in the collection follow the links below. I have created a random workout generator that uses 1 on 1's and P90X if your interested.

Happened to find you on one of the BB message boards. Thanks for all these great reviews. I hate that the BB site does not have a good description for each of these workouts BEFORE you buy. Glad I found your site!
