Stretch and Recovery - Tony Horton One on One Volume 3 Disk 7

Tony talks about calling this Warrior Stretch 22, in part because there are 22 exercises in 70 minutes. It starts with a skip rope warm up, and then straight into it. He does some basic ballistic stretching and then 22 moves. There are a few moves we have not seen before and some variation on moves we have seen before. There is far less chatter in this one.
Equipment Needed:
Jump Rope

I absolutely loved this workout. Flexibility is my weakest point. I love some of the workouts, MC2, Fountain of Youth and Patience "Hummingbird", and this one is another great workout in line with those. It is more advanced than Stretch X from the original P90X. It is also more focused on the stretch part than Recovery 4 Results. Overall I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5 making it one of the best from Volume 3. I know it is a workout I will visit frequently.

Did this one bring on much of a sweat the way any of his Yoga ones did, or was it relaxing all the way? Is it equal to Recovery 4 Results on the "intensity" factor?

It is in between but closer to the Yoga ones.

Tony seems very natural in this one. Hard to put it into words but it makes the whole workout feel relaxed. Definitely one of my favorites.

DP I agree, I have put it in my Yoga rotation for regular use.

Yeah life has just been really busy. By end of June should have another one and end of July caught back up.

Yes but not until next year. Also the last 5 One On one reviews will show up on Fridays in November and December.
